We are always writing down what we want to get accomplished in the day, but never what we actually do. Yeah, we check off the list as we go, (sometimes). But if you look at that half checked list it can be discouraging. You can feel like you don’t do enough. And the reality is, we do more than we give ourselves credit for.
So why not write a list next to your to-do list of all the things you did for the day? You might be pleasantly surprised how much you get done in a day. Just remember that everything you do, planned or not takes time. And you can’t do it all, in a day.
